We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. We use fresh wasabi in our food, as this is a very rare ingredient to source in the UK, we order our fresh wasabi rhisomes from The Wasabi Company who produce them in Dorset. Our sushi menu may change depending on the availability of fresh seafood.
